Jumping Jack / Jump Rope Challenge
Doing this! Super effective, doesn’t require equipment, and doesn’t take a lot of time =]
Each day for the next 30-some days, you either do jumping jacks or jump rope for a certain amount of seconds. Try to push yourself to do as many reps as you can within the time limit! (This is a great warm up idea, just saying).

You can go further if you want to, I plan to go up to 200s. Then, I’m redoing it but jump roping instead.
**The reason there are days with significantly less time is because you should have a “rest” day, but not be completely sedentary.**
This is only 30 seconds to 2 minutes of your 1,440 minute-long day. You got this.
